Carbon Paste Electrode Modified by Dibenzo-18-crown-6 for the Determination of Paracetamol Using Differential Pulse Voltammetry Technique

The fabrication, optimization and validation of measurement using a modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) with dibenzo-18-crown-6 were carried out for the determination paracetamol in commercial products. pH, concentration paste, scan rate parameters optimized. Validation was observed from linear range, LoD, LoQ, precision, percentage recovery. result showed that optimum pH at 2, 0.6%, rates 35 mV/s CPE, increased to 50 CPE. range CPE obtained 10-300 µM LoD LoQ 28.88 96.28 µM, respectively. Meanwhile, gave wider 1–700 52.36 174.53 had good Horwitz ratio values less than two. recovery two samples three replicates measurements (89.81 ± 1.38)% (108.02 0.42)% A B, Dibenzo-18-crown-6 used both yielding 97–98% compared composition on its labels.
